(Vacuum & Hydraulic products Italy) is an Italian affiliate of Weifu High – Technology Group Co., Ltd, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.With over 60 years of history, our Business Unit represents for the Group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion and electric motors.We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.We supply the Western major automotive company and growing as a mechatronics business organization.At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate Junior Robotics Engineer with a solid foundation in ROS (Robot Operating System) to support the development, programming, and testing of humanoid robots for real-world applications.You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on integrating sensors, actuators, and control logic to build collaborative, autonomous, and responsive robotic systems.Main responsibilities:Develop and test ROS nodes for humanoid robot control and perceptionIntegrate key subsystems such as vision, locomotion, manipulation, and voice interactionAssist in debugging, tuning, and optimizing robot behaviorsParticipate in technical documentation and validation activitiesCollaborate in defining strategies for navigation, interaction, and learning QualificationsThe ideal candidate is a near-graduate student with Master degree (completed or near completion) in Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.Main skills required:Solid understanding of ROS 1 or ROS 2Programming skills in Python and/or C++ or similarStrong interest in humanoid robotics, embedded systems, and AI for robotics
