ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe IT Delivery Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for configuring the software product based on specifications provided by consultants, managing integrations with banking services, and providing technical support throughout the delivery cycle.They work closely with internal teams (functional consultants and internal product development teams) to ensure the proper functioning of the implemented solutions, including debugging, developing integration components, and tracking tickets.MAIN TASKSConfiguring software product setups to be implemented, based on consultants' requestsDebugging code based on reports and anomaliesDeveloping system integration components for banking services (APIs, middleware)Monitoring and managing tickets via Help Desk (for product issues) and Jira (for SIT/UAT issues).Collaborating with development and operations teams for rapid problem resolution.Documenting implemented activities and solutionsMAIN REQUIREMENTSDegree in Computer Engineering or Information TechnologyAlternatively, a technical-industrial diploma with a focus on IT and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT sectorFamiliarity with Windows/Linux environmentsGood knowledge of English (we work with international colleagues)SKILLSKnowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (both Client and Server) or a high level of autonomy (without requiring administrative skills) in understanding the features offered by the operating systems and their useKnowledge of MSSQL or the ability to read an ER (Entity Relationship) diagram, understand its semantics, read queries, and make changes if necessaryAbility to work in a teamAbility to work under stressful conditions (e.g., end of UAT project)Problem-solving skillsKnowledge of .NET (C#)
