Senior Vice President - Business Development (North)Piemonte EUR *****************Senior Vice President - Business Development (North)Join to apply for the Senior Vice President - Business Development (North) role at EasebuzzAbout The CompanyEasebuzz is India's one of the first and foremost end-to-end SAAS enabled payments platform.We are a SaaS-unifying payment aggregation platform interconnecting banks, networks, acquirers and processors for merchant payments.We create value by enabling seamless workflows which help merchant to have a better collection efficiency.Our vision is to verticalize payments with industry specific solutions that can increase the online GDP of India.We've been building on business value for our merchants since **** and are trusted by more than 1.5 lacs merchant base.We are unique in terms of our offering to our merchants and our excitement lies in building together where we all can thrive for future.About The RoleAt Easebuzz, business development managers build deep relationships with our customers and drive forward our growth engine.We are so obsessed about our customers we like to think of business managers more as customer-facing product managers who can co-create new product innovations for them.You are a consultant to a problem where you have access to the management of the company to build on solutions which can help us have better vertical solutions for the market.You are adept at doing product related conversations with various stakeholders on the customer's side.You are able to communicate and establish value propositions that solve a problem and where you can also take new feedback to convert them into product opportunities.You are analytical and derive actionable insights from customer conversations.You are then able to convert these insights into product and business ideas and drive our relationship deeper into our merchant-ecosystem.What you'll doOwn a category of merchant customers.You are responsible for growing relationships, revenue, product usage, and adoption.Develop different tactics to build merchant base within varied categories of business.You have to work on pitch decks, product related documentation, RFP responses, technical and commercial proposals.You drive excellence in customer relationship.Work with your managers and other stakeholders in different teams and create a winning formula for your customers.Derive opportunities to ideate and co-create with internal products and engineering teams to drive Easebuzz product strategy and plans.Work with legal to structure contracts that are win-win for the customer and Easebuzz.Drive product related use-cases which are not payments but payment related product which solves for a problem and you should be technically sound to understand.What we're looking for7+ years of experience in SaaS/Fintech companies, in sales management or customer-facing product management.Understanding of regulatory framework, compliances and understanding of payments as well as SAAS ecosystems.Ability to understand and simplify complex technical and product requirements.Ability to participate in the co-creation process.Ability to negotiate with customers on delivery milestones and commercials.Great problem-solving, communication, and verbal skills.Experience with developing business plans and helping set up business strategy for a category.Great presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet.We believe product deck creation is an art and a product genre by itselfEmpathy towards external and internal stakeholders.Persuasion skills without being forceful.You use both data and intuition to do that.Ability to go into unknown territories and navigate comfortably.Seniority level:ExecutiveEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Business Development and Sales#J-*****-Ljbffr
