We are looking for a Senior HSE Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Milan.Responsibilities- Review contractual technical documentation and requirements.- Prepare the deliverables issued by DHSE discipline: hazardous area classifications, HSED Plans/ Philosophies, active and passive fire safety specifications, close-out reports of workshops performed during the Project, etc.- Review third Party Risk assessment studies (like FERA, QRA, dispersion analysis, dropped object study, EIA, noise study, RAM analysis).- Perform hydraulic analysis for fire water networks design/verification.- Review Vendor documentation relevant to Fire Fighting Equipment and interact with Suppliers for the technical issues (Vendor follow-up).- Participate to HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SIMOPS and others Risk Assessment and Safety Equipment workshops.- Perform/participate to the squad checks.- Review Tender Documentation and prepare clarification requests during bid phase.- Plan his work to meet the given schedule.Requirements- DHSE Engineering background- Specialization in Fire Prevention / Firefighting is mandatory- Knowledge of main DHSE international codes, standards and best engineering practices (API, IEC, NFPA, etc)- Experience in DHSE Engineering in EPC Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Energy projects (minimum 5 years)- English fluency is essential, French highly desirable- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering- Good proficiency of software used for DJSE Activities
