Mechanica Sistemi S.r.l. is a leading provider of intelligent and modular solutions for mail, parcel and baggage management.With more than 40 years of experience, we provide high-performance systems that combine innovation, quality and support throughout the entire lifecycle, from design to installation.As part of the MHS Group, we serve global logistics hubs with reliable and scalable technologies tailored to modern operational needsPROJECT MANAGER________________________________________The Project Manager oversees cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure that Mechanica Sistemi's automation and transportation systems projects are delivered on time, on time, and on budget.This role serves as a key link between engineering, operations, and the customer, ensuring alignment between technical and commercial aspects.Main activities:• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle• Monitor risks, timelines, and budgets and escalate issues as needed• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance are maintained• Drive continuous improvement through post-project analysis and feedback• Lead claims management activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations• Provide specific support to the sales department• Contribute input and feedback to the R&D departmentSkills and attitudes required:• Problem solving skills in highly critical contexts with multicultural teams.• Excellent task organization and prioritization skills• Familiarity with Gantt charts, MS Project, or other project management tools• Ability to manage technical teams and customer communication simultaneously• Experience in managing complex industrial or automation projects• PMP certification or equivalent preferred• Working knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems is a plus• Knowledge of Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor)• Experience in Team System Enterprise (TSE)Our proposal:• Opportunities for professional growth in a stimulating and dynamic environment where you can actively contribute• Place of work: Paderno Dugnano (MI)• Job description and remuneration: to be defined on the basis of the experience and seniority of the selected profile (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria).• The search is aimed at candidates of both sexes (L. ******)Authorization to process personal data is requested by inserting the following statement in your CV: I authorize the processing of personal data contained in my CV pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree ******** and art. 13 GDPR ******.
