Compiti- Sviluppare e manutenere applicazioni sulla piattaforma ServiceNow, garantendo qualità e aderenza agli standard aziendali ??- Implementare soluzioni nei moduli ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, RISK e TAG Governance ??- Configurare flussi di lavoro, UI Policy, Script Include e Business Rules per automatizzare processi e ottimizzare le performance ??- Supportare l'integrazione con sistemi esterni e l'evoluzione della piattaforma secondo le roadmap tecnologiche ??- Collaborare con il team tecnico e con gli stakeholder di business per garantire la corretta traduzione dei requisiti funzionali in soluzioni operative ??- Eseguire testing, debugging e validazione delle nuove feature e degli aggiornamenti di versione ??- Garantire l'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e operativa ???? Requisiti- Certificazione CSA (Certified System Administrator) obbligatoria per tutti i profili ServiceNow ??- Esperienza comprovata su uno o più moduli:- ITSM (IT Service Management) ??- HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) ??- ITOM / ITOM OT (IT Operations Management) ??- CMDB e Service Mapping ???- TAG Management & Governance ???- RISK (Governance, Risk and Compliance) ??- Conoscenza approfondita delle best practice ITIL e dei processi di gestione dei servizi IT ??- Competenze in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API e integrazione con sistemi enterprise ??- Esperienza con pipeline CI/CD, ambienti Dev/Test/Prod, e metodologie Agile ??- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per la documentazione tecnica e i meeting internazionali ?????
