Job Description DXC Technology is looking for Cloudera Solution Architect to join Analytics Offering.DXC Analytics focuses on providing customers innovative solutions and high added value in the following areas: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Analytics.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end Cloudera architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Collaborate with clients and presales teams to define technical solutions aligned with business needs.Lead architecture design and migration projects, supporting transitions from legacy to Cloudera-based platforms.Provide expert advisory on optimization, data governance, and security best practices, contributing to solution blueprints and documentation.RequirementsProven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) solutions.Strong knowledge of Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, Impala, Spark, Kafka, NiFi, etc.).Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.Experience in sizing and capacity planning for Cloudera or similar platforms.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and customer teams.Fluent problem-solving and communication skills in English.Nice to HaveCloudera certification(s) such as CCAH, CCP Data Engineer, or CDP Certified Professional.Experience with cloud integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid architectures.LocationRome with Smart working possibilityAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances.We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process.DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.More information on employment scams is available here.#J-*****-Ljbffr
