Senior Software Development Engineer, AWS Agentic AIJob ID: ******* | Amazon Development Center (Tel Aviv)Come shape the future with usAs a major cloud provider, our technology powers many of the world's largest organizations.We are now building QuickSuite - a new and exciting Generative AI application that will transform how enterprises operate.You will have the exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of developing this novel product.We are seeking creative problem-solvers who are energized by tackling complex technical challenges to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.Our team collaborates closely across roles to rapidly build, test and iterate as we create an AI solution that delivers real business value.Join our innovative team to leave your mark on the next generation of AI.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will solve technical challenges and act as a mentor to other engineers.Given that this is an early-stage initiative, you'll play an active role in translating business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables and build quick prototypes or proofs of concept in partnership with other technology leaders within the team.You will help invent new features, design, develop and deploy highly scalable and reliable distributed services.You will work with a variety of core languages (primarily Java and Python) and technologies (AWS).You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Applied Scientists.Basic Qualifications7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience4+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering teamExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented designBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in computer science or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visitfor more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
