Project Manager Assistant Applies for the Project Manager Assistant role at NOV.About the CompanyNOV Remacut, located in Rivoli, Italy, is part of NOV's Energy Products and Services segment and specialises in the design, manufacture, and servicing of pipe and cable lay systems and equipment for the oil and gas industry.The Rivoli site supports global operations by delivering high-quality engineered solutions that enable safe, efficient, and reliable drilling and production activities.Working closely with internal NOV teams and external customers, NOV Remacut is recognised for its strong technical expertise, commitment to quality, and customer-focused approach.As part of the global NOV organisation, the site benefits from industry-leading technology, established processes, and a culture built on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager Assistant to support project execution across multiple customer and internal projects.In this role, you will assist Project Managers in ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer care.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers in the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring deliveries meet contractual requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.Assist with project billing and shipping processes.Prepare and support internal and external project status reporting.Participate in internal project review meetings, with awareness of commercial and financial implications.Attend and contribute to customer meetings, ensuring customer care remains a key focus.Manage personal workload effectively, prioritising tasks to meet agreed deadlines.Support other departments and perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering.Fluency in Italian (written and spoken).Good command of English, both written and spoken.Desired QualificationsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle or similar) is an advantage.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Basic understanding of project management principles.Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.Compliance, Safety & Professional StandardsMaintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.Ensure a clean, organised, and well-maintained work area and department.Comply with all applicable HSE legislation and NOV HSE policies.Be fully familiar with and adhere to department and company policies, procedures, and processes.Additional InformationTravel may be required based on project needs, including international travel.Our BenefitsMedical Coverage: 100% employer-paid insurance for employee, spouse, and dependents.Dental Care: €500 annual claim limit with ******% reimbursement for eligible dental procedures.Life & Accident Insurance: Coverage equal to 3× gross annual salary for death and 4× for permanent disability.Employee Support: 24/7 confidential counselling through SupportLinc (up to 6 sessions per issue).Travel Protection: Comprehensive international business travel insurance with emergency assistance.#J-*****-Ljbffr
