The CompanyKIKO MILANO was founded in **** in Milan and since then has revolutionized how cosmetics are sold globally.We thrive to offer an incredible variety of products, textures & colours, a multi-sensorial experience in innovative technology yet always at an affordable price.Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for aGlobal LegalInternto join KIKO MILANO's Legal Team, supporting the Global Legal function and reporting to the Global General Counsel and GlobalPrivacyLegal Manager.Such talent will support the Legal team in day-by-day legal activities related to data protection matters and privacy compliance at Group level, collaborating with senior legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.In particular, you will:Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Group privacy policies, standards and procedures in line with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations;Assist in coordinating with KIKO local subsidiaries on privacy-related documentation, templates and internal processes;Contribute to the preparation, review and updating of privacy documentation, including data protection provisions in commercial contracts, Data Processing Agreements, etc.;Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and other privacy compliance activities under the supervision of senior legal team members;Provide assistance in the ordinary management of data protection issues, liaising with external DPO.What you will need to succeedDegree in Lawwith a thesis on data protection or currently enrolled in the final year of a Law degree or a Master's program on personal data protection;Strong interest in data protection, commercial law and corporate legal matters;Knowledge of GDPR and privacy principles;Good analytical and research skills;Fluency in English, both written and spoken;Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.We would love if you hadStrong problem-solving skills & detail-orientedHighly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.Tutte le posizioni aperte in KIKO sono rivolte anche ai candidati appartenenti alle Categorie Protette l.*****.I dati verranno trattati esclusivamente ai fini di Ricerca del Personale.Leggi l'informativa privacy riportata al link
