Client Advisor – Mercer Marsh BenefitsMarsh is looking for a brilliant and talented candidate to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team as a Client Advisor based in our Rome office.Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is a leading employee benefits consultancy and insurance broker.Our experienced team helps clients succeed globally and provides a single source for managing the costs, people risks, and complexities of employee benefits.What can you expect?Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous clients and support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts.Conduct account-management tasks including completing billing transactional work, liaising between internal senior professionals and business accounts, and generally handling daily client-management activities to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with MMB professional standards.Manage a portfolio of clients, including large, complex and/or multinational accounts.Be responsible for direct relationships with clients for the management of their employee benefits insurance solutions.Interface closely with client executives and teams to deliver client needs.Develop and maintain fluency in the company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities, exploring expanded business opportunities on the assigned portfolio.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Law or similar.At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in client-facing roles focused on Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions.Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian languages.A strong results-oriented and client-focused attitude.Strong interpersonal skills and a propensity to build relationships.Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.BenefitsA company with a strong brand and proven results.Opportunities to work on international deals.Attractive benefits coverage, outstanding learning programs, mentoring opportunities, and interaction with industry groups and client organizations.Encouragement to stay abreast of industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences, and build a broad professional network.LocationRome, Latium, ItalyEqual OpportunityMarsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.We recruit based on merit and do not discriminate on the basis of age, background, disability, ethnic origin, family duties, gender identity, marital status, nationality, parental status, personal or social status, political affiliation, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, skin color, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
