About us:We are a community of visionary innovators, dedicated to providing pioneering software and consultancy services to financial institutions, trading firms, central banks, governments, and corporations around the world.We strive to simplify the way people work.We do that by providing workflow and process automation software, as well as providing real-time data and business intelligence to help people make better decisions.We are 13,000+ employees, we operate globally with 60+ global offices, and we serve over 4,800+ customers worldwide.We are looking for talented professionals for the role of Accounting & Tax Specialistin Cedacri's Finance team.Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Learn more atYour role:Your key duties and responsibilities- Ensure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with national and international accounting standards (OIC/IFRS) - Manage periodic tax obligations (VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding taxes, tax returns) - Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities - Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations, assessing their impact on the company - Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities - Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to ensure proper application of tax regulations across business processes - Contribute to the improvement of accounting and tax processes, including ERP system optimization - Contribute to manage accounting aspects relating to HR managementOther dutiesYou may be asked to support additional finance-related tasks as your role evolves.Your skills, experience, and qualifications required- Master's degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably with honors) - 3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms (Big 4) - In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international standards (IFRS) - Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools - Accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail - Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English - Availability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia-RomagnaWhat we offer:Permanent employment contract.Location:MilanImportant notes:According to the Italian Law (L.*****) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
