The RoleTheIT Business Analystreports hierarchically to theGroup IT Manager – Applicationsand is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, with a strong focus on ERP Infor LN implementations and upgrades.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will: • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholders • Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications, facilitating effective communication between IT teams and external partners • Propose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes, maximizing the value and capabilities • Manage new implementation and upgrade projects with the support of external consultants • Create and manage project documentation and perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and integrated processesYour SkillsThis is a great opportunity if you have: • Proven and solid experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, with a track record in ERP implementation, customization and project lifecycle management • Have a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Systems • Solid project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors • Excellent communication and listening skills • Proficiency in spoken and written EnglishLocation: Collecchio, in the province of Parma.Hybrid work option: 4 days of remote work per month.The TeamYou will work closely with a team of IT Business Analysts in Parma Headquarters and the foreign branches, collaborating also with external partners.Moreover, you will have the opportunity to be part of an international context, increase your skills and contribute to the development of the IT Applications inside our Group and improve the quality of the company processes.
