Join to apply for theAgile Coachrole atKRUK Italia S.r.l.Based in La Spezia office (remote working applicable up to 75% monthly), as part of the Strategy & Transformation Department, we're looking for an enthusiasticAgile Coachto coordinate transformation projects delivery and execution.Will also act as a role model to foster the Agile Culture deployment throughout the whole KRUK Italy organization at any of its levels.Main responsibilitiesLeader of Agile Transformation in KRUK ItalyBuilds, in collaboration with an international team, the agile methodology development in the company with high appetite for changeCreates awareness and desire across change-management teams to work in an agile wayGuides change-management teams to maximize efficiency through faster time-to-market and identification of MVP; assures that projects add value to the impacted organizationsActs as a trusted interface for the business and a real game-changerMonitors and optimises the assigned projects portfolio: execution according to agreed KPIs, identification of bottlenecks, recommendations for project acceleration, freezing or additionDevelops a Change Management Culture within KRUK ItalyRequirementsBSc or MSc University DegreeAt least 3 years track record in roles such as Agile Coach / Scrum Master; experience in Agile at scale transformation is a plusPrevious experience as PM/PMO/Business Analyst/Process AnalystExcellent relationship-building and key stakeholder-management skillsCapability to work effectively in an international environment and in fast-changing contextStrategic, positive thinker and game-changerFluent English in speaking and writingEagerness to share knowledge and develop a true Change and Project CommunityAnalytical skills for problem-solving, organisational and planning skills with the ability to complete work in a timely mannerOther Project Management and Agile Certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PgMP, etc.) are a plusFluent English/Italian in speaking and writingWhat we offerInternational and fast-pacing environmentSeveral training and development opportunitiesRemote working up to 75% monthlyTicket Restaurant even on remote workingCompany WelfareSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information Technology#J-*****-Ljbffr
