Company description Bocconi University is a global leader in research and education, recognized as an international benchmark for excellence.Beyond being a world-renowned institution, Bocconi thrives as a dynamic, fast-paced organization driven by values such as merit, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.As we continue to evolve and innovate, we seek talented young graduates ready to embrace challenges, deliver exceptional services, and contribute to raising our standards even higher.Join our professional team of 700+ dedicated individuals and play a key role in shaping the daily operations of a prestigious, forward-thinking institution.Internship Opportunities These internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in a dynamic and international academic environment, contributing to the daily management and strategic activities of Bocconi University.The internship is aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of how an academic organization operates, with direct exposure to processes and interactions involving students, faculty, and administrative staff.Interns may be involved in the following activities: Managing communication and organizational tools, such as emails, calendars, databases, and internal platforms.Supporting the planning and management of admission processes , including the review and verification of applications, communication with candidates, and management of data and documentation.Assisting with contact and follow-up activities with admitted, enrolled, and prospective students, ensuring accurate and timely communication with candidates and their families.Supporting the organization of Open Days, information sessions, and other orientation initiatives , in collaboration with other University units.Contributing to the definition and coordination of teaching and exam schedules , and managing teaching materials, course profiles, syllabi, and related academic documentation.Assisting with the organization and administration of exams , including setting up examination boards, collecting grades, and archiving records.Supporting the administration and monitoring of research funds assigned to faculty members, including reporting activities and document management.Contributing to the organization of events, workshops, and seminars , and assisting in the coordination of department offices to ensure smooth operational workflows.Supporting the updating and monitoring of institutional websites and internal communication channels.Depending on the assigned area, the internship will allow the intern to develop organizational, analytical, and communication skills, gain familiarity with academic processes, and acquire experience in a structured, service-oriented, and multicultural institution.Requirements Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path.Fluency in English and Italian.Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and criticalthinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize andmanage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.We offer 6 months paid internship.Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution.Train on the job and professional development (e.G. training activities, Coursera courses, English training, professional orientation activities, ...).A collaborative and purpose-driven environment.Access to Campus facilities and networking events.Smart working and flexible hours.To apply Please send your CV in PDF format to join us and kick-start your career in a vibrant, international settingBocconi is an equal opportunities employer.We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates who can enhance our culture and working environment.
