Stiamo ricercando un/una Team Leader per rafforzare la nostra struttura, con la responsabilità di gestire un team di circa 24 persone che operano in un servizio h24.Un/una professionista con esperienza nella gestione di team , capace di coordinare attività complesse e garantire performance elevate.Cosa farai? Coordinamento, motivazione e sviluppo professionale di un team di circa 24 persone.Pianificazione e gestione delle turnazioni h24.Monitoraggio delle performance individuali e di team (KPI, reportistica).Supervisione e supporto ai progetti in corso.Gestione delle segnalazioni interne del team e risoluzione delle criticità.Utilizzo di strumenti di gestione e analisi: Lytil, Microsoft BAI e sistemi di reportistica.Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e organizzativi aziendali.Caratteristiche e requisiti richiesti Diploma ad indirizzo scientifico, informatico o in discipline affiniPregressa esperienza nella gestione di team nel settore IT (preferibilmente in contesti di contact center o simili).Capacità organizzative e di pianificazione (gestione turni e attività complesse).Competenze nella lettura e analisi della reportistica.Conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft e preferibilmente di Microsoft BAI e Lytil.Leadership, attitudine alla gestione delle persone e orientamento al risultato.Disponibilità alla flessibilità oraria.Impatto: Un ruolo centrale nella gestione di un team h24 in un contesto dinamico e sfidante.Crescita: Percorsi di sviluppo professionale e formativo.Ambiente: Organizzazione solida, inclusiva e attenta al benessere delle persone.#J-*****-Ljbffr
