Senior Software Architect

Per un' azienda solida, parte di un gruppo internazionale, specializzata nella gestione di operazioni di finanza strutturata , siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Software Architect che, grazie alle proprie competenze tecniche e architetturali, possa guidare la progettazione, l'evoluzione e l'integrazione delle piattaforme applicative aziendali .Responsabilità principaliProgettare ed evolvere architetture software scalabili, sicure e modulari , in linea con le best practice enterprise.Definire pattern architetturali, standard di sviluppo e linee guida tecniche per garantire coerenza e qualità tra i sistemi applicativi.Introdurre e supervisionare ladozione di microservizi, API-first design e approcci event-driven .Collaborare con i team infrastrutturali per la migrazione e ottimizzazione su ambienti Cloud (Azure) .Assicurare che le soluzioni rispettino gli standard di affidabilità, sicurezza e performance .Agire come referente tecnico per i team di sviluppo, supportandoli nelle scelte progettuali e nell'adozione di nuove tecnologie.Guidare e far crescere un team tecnico che si espanderà nei prossimi anni, contribuendo allo sviluppo di una funzione architetturale strategica per l'azienda.RequisitiAlmeno 7-8 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Software Development e technical leadership in contesti preferibilmente strutturatiSolida esperienza nella progettazione e implementazione di piattaforme data-centriche e cloud-native .Eccellente conoscenza di AWS (Azure è un plus).Competenza negli ecosistemi Big Data (Cloudera, Spark, Kafka) e in almeno un linguaggio backend ( Java, .NET, Python ).Esperienza con framework DevOps/DataOps/MLOps (Terraform, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).Conoscenza del mondo GenAI e dei Large Language Models (LLM) .Conoscenza fluente della lingua ingleseSede di lavoro: Milano (con smart working).
