ABOUT THE ROLE – PROJECT MANAGER – AMBITO SANITÀ / SVILUPPO SOFTWARE Ricerchiamo un Project Manager con esperienza in gestione e coordinamento di progetti IT da inserire su un progetto strutturato presso un importante cliente operante nel settore sanitario. La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento per la gestione del progetto software, coordinando il team tecnico e interfacciandosi con il cliente per garantire il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e della qualità. La modalità di lavoro sarà ibrida, con presenza richiesta presso la sede del cliente. Responsabilità: Coordinamento delle attività del team di sviluppo software, garantendo l'avanzamento secondo tempi e standard di progetto. Gestione e interfaccia con stakeholder interni ed esterni, facilitando la comunicazione tra team tecnico e cliente. Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento del progetto e gestione proattiva dei rischi. Redazione di report di avanzamento e documentazione di progetto. Assicurare l'adozione corretta dei processi e degli strumenti di project management. Requisiti: Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni come Project Manager in progetti IT, preferibilmente in ambito sanitario o pubblica amministrazione. Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione, con attitudine al problem solving. Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana. Capacità di lavorare in modalità ibrida, con presenza presso la sede del cliente in Umbria. Conoscenza di strumenti e metodologie di project management (es. MS Project, Jira, Scrum/Agile). Precisione, affidabilità e orientamento al risultato.
