role, your base will be at the RLG office in Turin, supporting and coordinating all operational and supply chain activities related to our Italian market.Expect some travel to customers, producers, Manager, Italy, you will support and manage all logistics and operational activities for existing and new Italian customers.You will play a central role in ensuring smooth material flows, excellent customer service, and profitable operations.More specifically, you can look forward to:Managing relationships with Italian producers and material suppliersActing as the primary customer service contact for operational issuesLeading weekly/monthly customer meetings and writing minutesDriving weekly load increases and volume growthGathering customer forecasts and incorporating them into planningEnsuring accurate documentation for invoicing and handling ad hoc changesResolving invoice and payment issuesSettling outstanding claims and preparing settlement proposalsEnsuring clear understanding of operational terms and identifying non-conform situationsCoordinating issue resolution with the Danish Operations teamSupporting claim management with the Danish claim managerParticipating in the planning and startup of new solutionsManaging relationships with Italian logistics providersMaintaining and growing strong partnerships with logistic providersSupporting local providers in joining tender processesFiling agreements and price lists correctlyScouting and evaluating new logistical solutions and market insightsRequesting quotations via the Operational Solutions conceptEnsuring alignment with Danish operations and proceduresBack-office activitiesSupporting selected areas of the Danish Operational DepartmentHandling payments and bookkeeping for the Italian Combineering officeValidating payment documentation and preparing reportsParticipating in customer and supplier SOP/kick-off meetingsSupporting the Italian RE NETI waste registration
