OverviewThe Role: Senior Associate - Broking in the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) M&A Practice.The M&A Practice specializes in providing advice and insurance placement services to investor clients.The Due Diligence Advisory team focuses on pre-acquisition and pre-disposal insurance due diligence services, advising clients on the insurance and risk profile of target companies.Job Purpose: Source and undertake project management and consultancy work in the provision of risk and insurance due diligence services for the Willis Towers Watson M&A Practice clients.Based in Milan.ResponsibilitiesCLIENT – Relationship ManagementCLIENT – Project Management and ConsultancyPROCESS – Procedures / ComplianceQualificationsStrong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is essential.Strong and fluent knowledge of English language is crucial.Law / Economics degree or similar studies.Experience in current M&A insurance due diligence, seeking greater autonomy, recognition and the ability to influence a growing team.Commitment to equal employment opportunity and accessibility during the application process and at work.If you foresee any barriers, from the application process through to joining WTW, please emailJ-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
