Sr Accountant

Overview This role will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance Manager.Responsibilities Day-to-day finance activitiesGeneral administrative tasks: contact with bank, customers, suppliers and all departmentsPrepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reportingReconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracySupport finance manager with month, quarter, year-end closingMonitoring and planning cash flow requirementsControlling AR / AP / General LedgerGenerate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsManaging preparation of all financial reports & balance sheetsPreparations of the budgetAnalysis of the budget versus actual resultsProcess optimizationMaintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related partiesPreparing VAT declarationSupport financial manager in day-to-day operationsReplacing finance manager in case of absenceEnsure all matters consistent with Global & company policies and LawsQualifications Higher Education in Accounting / Economics / professional qualification5 years experience as Senior Accountant or Finance ManagerKnowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc)Knowledge of business languages: English#J-*****-Ljbffr
