Senior Visual Designer, Brand & CreativeWe're looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Senior Visual Designer to join the fashion and beauty vertical in Amazon.in.In this role, you'll drive the visual identity and creative execution for a wide range of campaigns across digital and offline platforms.You'll work closely with marketing, brand, merchandising, and product teams to deliver stunning, effective, and customer-obsessed creative that speaks to a dynamic, trend-forward audience.Key job responsibilitiesOwn and evolve the visual design language for the fashion & beauty category requirements.Lead design strategy & execution for events, stores, product launches, promotions, offsite assets and brand collaborations.Translate business goals, customer insights, and cultural trends into compelling visual narratives.Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and editors.Review and approve creative work to ensure consistency, quality, and performance.Collaborate with copywriters, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across channels.Stay on top of design trends, pop culture, and e-commerce innovations to keep creative fresh and relevant.Balance speed and craft—executing high-quality work under tight deadlines.About the teamThe Brand and Creative team is a group of marketers, graphic designers, program managers, copywriters, curators and creative thinkers.The team comprises the following charters – Curation, Content, Copy and Design.Together, we collaboratively plan and execute the creative direction for all Fashion and Beauty led editorial, category, central, product (UX), influencer-led initiatives in line with our vision to make Amazon Fashion India's largest and most loved destination for fashion and beauty shopping.Basic Qualifications2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experienceExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production managementExperience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercialExperience using data visualization toolsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
