Il nostro cliente è una Fintech Company di rilievo internazionale del settore Finance per la sede di Roma, selezioniamo la seguente figura:PARTNERSHIP MANAGER – SETTORE FINTECHLa risorsa avrà la responsabilità della gestione end-to-end di progetti di loyalty sviluppati con un primario circuito internazionale di pagamento. Si occuperà di definire nuove partnership con brand e sarà responsabile della progettazione dei programmi fedeltà da condividere con questi ultimi (project management).Nel dettaglio, svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:Coordinare e gestire i progetti con il circuito internazionale e gli altri partner in qualità di referente.Scouting di merchant potenziali (analisi dei settori, brand in linea con il target aziendale).Gestire la relazione commerciale con i merchant: primo contatto, negoziazione delle condizioni promozionali, onboarding, gestione delle richieste e fidelizzazione del partner.Coordinare il team marketing interno per la creazione di materiali di comunicazione (vetrine digitali, campagne, DEM, contenuti social) per la corretta esposizione delle iniziative.Presentazione slide, report, business case e aggiornamenti di avanzamento verso partner esterni e management interno.Monitoraggio KPI di progetto (numero merchant attivi, performance campagne, redemption, soddisfazione partner), azioni correttive e iniziative di miglioramento.Collaborazione con le altre funzioni (commerciale, prodotto, legale/compliance, IT/operations) per garantire un'esecuzione fluida dei progetti.RequisitiDesideriamo entrare in contatto con candidat? che siano in possesso di una solida esperienza in ruoli di gestione di progetti complessi con stakeholder multipli di almeno 5 anni maturata in ambito Finance o affini.È richiesto un titolo di studio in materie scientifiche. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2-C1) per interfaccia con referenti di stampo internazionale. Si ricerca una figura che disponga di eccellenti capacità relazionali e negoziali, forte capacità di lavorare in multitasking, gestendo contemporaneamente più progetti e scadenze.Confidenza con strumenti digitali e suite Office/Google.Altre informazioniSi offre Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato, inquadramento da commisurare in base alla seniority.Sede di lavoro: Roma Centro.Orario di lavoro: 9-18, lun – ven.
