Our customer, a leading company specializing in energy efficiency solutions, is currently looking for a :FINANCE MANAGERReporting to the Managing Director Italy and, within the Group, to the Group CFO, the resource will lead a team of 4 professionals across the Finance, HR, and IT functions.Main Responsibilities Finance areaMaintain the management control system and prepare monthly and annual reportsEnsure compliant accounting (OIC / IFRS) and accurate financial reportingManage annual financial statements and relations with auditors and authoritiesOversee tax compliance and financial planning (budget, multi-year plans)Optimize short-term financial management and credit policiesEnsure proper insurance coverage and manage claimsOrganize corporate governance activities (board / shareholders' meetings)Supervise HR budget and HR proceduresEnsure compliance with labor laws and group HR policiesICT areaOversee ICT systems and ensure alignment with group standardsGuarantee data security, system reliability, and digital process improvementRequirementsUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, controlling ideally in an international industrial or manufacturing companyExcellent knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations (OIC) and familiarity with IFRS principlesProven experience in supervision of ICT governance (e.g. infrastructure-security-data privacy)Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantageLocation : Monza e Brianza#J-*****-Ljbffr
