Investment Associate - Digital InfrastructureWe're working exclusively with a leading pan-European digital infrastructure platform who are building out an Investment team and are looking to hire an Associate to join their growing platform.This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic role working across cross-border investments, acquisitions, and development initiatives.About the Role:Sitting within the Investment team and reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, the role is at the heart of the business — supporting investment decisions, expansion strategy, and corporate development initiatives.You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on high-impact projects.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain complex financial models for acquisitions and follow-on investmentsLead underwriting and returns analysis across data centre campusesAssist with M&A, strategic forecasting, and business planningPrepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, including the boardSupport corporate development and financing transactions as requiredQualifications:2–4 years' experience in M&A, or Private Equity.Prior exposure to Digital Infrastructure/Data Centres is highly desirable.Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilitiesBackground in data centres, real estate, or private equity preferredConversational Italian is essential; additional European languages a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Management, or related fieldsHigh attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skillsEligibility to Work in the EU.Location: Greater Milan Metropolitan Area#J-*****-Ljbffr
