International Company specializing in investments in Renewable EnergyWe are seeking aSenior Investment Analystfor our Investment Team.Role OverviewThe role involves collaborating with senior colleagues throughout all stages of the investment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modelling and Analysis:Develop, manage, and analyze financial models for greenfield and operational solar projects across Europe;Perform quarterly, semi-annual, and annual valuation of fund portfolios;Contribute to and review fund valuation models.Investment Support:Assist in preparing and submitting offers on portfolios;Support due diligence processes for M&A activities;Review and negotiate project documentation, including share purchase agreements, power purchase agreements, EPCs, and O&M contracts;Monitor ongoing investment performance.Business Development:Analyze portfolio optimization opportunities;Monitor sector news and industry trends;Research new markets and emerging technologies such as storage;Conduct competitor analysis.Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in Investment or Financing;BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering;Knowledge of investment lifecycle, renewable energy, and financial modeling;Background in renewable energy;Strong financial and analytical skills;Excellent communication skills in Italian and English;Effective time management;Willingness to travel extensively.Offer DetailsPermanent contract with a salary package commensurate with experience and skills.Compliance with CCNL Commercio.Flexible working arrangements available.#J-*****-Ljbffr
