The most trusted digital enablerteam.blue is a leading digital enabler for companies and entrepreneurs.It serves over 3.3 million customers in Europe and has more than 3,000 experts to support them.Its goal is to shape technology and to empower businesses withinnovative digital services.Click here to read more about team.blueCompanyteam.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful brands working together across 22 European countries to provide its 3.5 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online by offering best-in-class expertise and services.team.blue's brands are a mix of traditional hosting businesses that offer services from domain names, email, shared hosting, e-commerce, and server hosting solutions and, as specialist SaaS providers, adjacent products such as compliance, marketing tools, and team collaboration products.This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Reward Specialist to co-design, implement and execute employee compensation and benefits programs within the company, in alignment with our people strategy.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global / regional environment or consulting firm, with a proven track record in data analytics, reporting and HR information systems.Reporting directly to the HR Lead Rewards, the Reward Specialist will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee perks.Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark the organisation's compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and peer groups.Provide analytical insights to management on pay trends, pay equity, and other reward metrics, make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary negotiations and reward policies.Monitor and track the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organisational goals.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, including wage and hourly pay laws, equal pay regulations, pay transparency and social security and tax regulations.Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for reward-related processes.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to budget and forecast compensation-related costs.Prepare and present reports and presentations to HR leadership on compensation and benefits trends, issues, and recommendations.QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.Proven experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a global / regional environment or consulting firm.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to various stakeholders.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to compensation and benefits administration.Attention to detail and ability to manage and / or multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with the Hay methodology is a preference.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.AI savvyCome as you areEveryone is welcome here.Diversity & Inclusion are at our core.Far above any technical competence, we value respect, openness, and trusted collaboration.We do not tolerate intolerance.Right to workAt any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the European country you are applying for.Unfortunately, we are unable to support Sponsorship VisasESG"At team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
