Fully Remote from Italy About Us: At Falcon Funded, we help traders unlock their full potential.Our mission is to empower disciplined, consistent individuals with the capital, tools, and structure they need to succeed in the financial markets.We're not just a funding platform, we're building a brand that inspires, educates, and visually engages a global trading community.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor the trading communityMonitor forex markets, open positions and risk exposureTrack global economic news, fundamentals and market-moving eventsPrepare weekly market analysis and trade ideasSend market outlook reports to the community when neededFollow risk management guidelines and maintain consistency in executionWhat We're Looking ForExpert-level experience in Forex tradingAt least C2 level Italian language proficiency, at least B2 level English for internal communicationStrong understanding of major pairs, fundamentals, technical analysis and risk managementAbility to work flexible hours, including shift rotations and public holidaysComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to explain your trading strategy clearly and logicallyHighly responsible, detail oriented and disciplinedGood mathematical and analytical skillsProven track record in forex trading with consistent resultsStrong communication skills for reporting and community interactionIf you're passionate about forex trading and want to be part of a high performance remote team, Falcon Funded would love to hear from you.
