Technical Product ManagerWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Product Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating products throughout their entire lifecycle – from initial briefing to end-of-life.This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a talent for cross-functional coordination.Experience in the manufacturing industry is a key requirement, as this role involves close collaboration with product design, production, supply chain, data management and quality assurance teams to ensure product success from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch to end-of-lifeTranslate product briefs into clear requirements and actionable plansAct as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer serviceEnsure alignment between stakeholders across the organization during all phases of product developmentOrganize and facilitate product development meetings, manage timelines, and track deliverablesCoordinate product documentation, sampling, packaging, and launch materialsManage change requests, product updates, and versioning throughout the lifecycleMonitor product performance and customer feedback in collaboration with relevant departmentsSupport internal teams with product-related information and trainingYour profile3+ years of experience in product management in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong technical background in ERP processing (MS Dynamics)Strong understanding of the product development process and manufacturing operationsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to navigate cross-functional environments and build consensusDetail-oriented with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindsetFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWhy us?We decide quickly and always have an open ear for your ideasAs a team member you will be involved in our business processes from day oneOur dynamic growth gives you numerous development perspectivesWe trust in your individual abilities and rely on flat hierarchiesGet notified about new Technical Product Manager jobs in Mezzago, Lombardy, Italy .#J-*****-Ljbffr
