IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lab Manager to join the Stem cells and Neurogenesis Laboratory directed by Dr. Vania Broccoli at the Division of neuroscience.S/he will support the daily operations of the lab.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in scientific research and will assist in managing laboratory routines, coordinating grant-related reporting, and supervising key experimental methodologies regularly used in the lab.The Lab Manager will work in close collaboration with the scientific and technical staff, as well as the administrative office, ensuring effective oversight of lab activities and research funding.The candidate will integrate in a lab with strong multi-disciplinary interests, endowed in a very stimulating environment and passionate to apply novel gene editing tools for the cure of neuropathologies.Main responsibilities:Manage laboratory routines; Superviselab experimental methodologies; Coordinate grant financial and scientific reports; Manage and supervise the ordering of materials and supplies.The candidate we are looking for has the following skills:Proven experience in active scientific research; High accuracy, reliability, and precision; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Excellentinterpersonal skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude; Fluency in bothwritten and spoken English.What we offer:Type of contract: Co.Co.Co.; Duration: 3 years; Place of work: IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, Via Olgettina, number 60 - Milan (Italy).At San Raffaele Scientific Institute, a world-renowned center of excellence for clinical and scientific activities, we believe that considering diversity and promoting an open and inclusive environment is crucial to our success.We are committed to ensure that equal employment opportunities are provided and based on merit without regard to age, religion, sex, disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, cultural and social backgrounds, gender identity or expression, national or ethnic origin, or any other legally recognized status entitled to protection under applicable laws.We offer attractive conditions and rewards appropriate to an internationally competitive research organization.
