Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the CEO and the Chief Product Officer.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complex priorities with ease, and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.Key Responsibilities• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for both executives.• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.• Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal teams, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.• Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.• Draft and proofread emails, communications, and documents on behalf of the executives.• Facilitate communication flow, prioritizing messages and responding when appropriate.• Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
