OverviewBecome part of a fast-growing company that shapes our future.Fastned enables electric vehicle drivers across Europe to fast-charge with green energy and aims for a European network of 1,000 fast charging stations on prime locations.We are a listed scale-up active in nine countries, focused on high-power charging, a drive-through model, and reliable infrastructure.We're looking for an Expansion Manager to help us find and secure top-tier charging locations in Italy and strengthen Fastned's position in Europe.Your RoleSecure prime real estate in high-traffic areas for visible, accessible stations built for long-term success.Collaborate with landowners, brokers, developers, and retailers to forge strategic partnerships and solidify Fastned's regional leadership.Implement a strong network development plan and shape your own expansion efforts, engaging stakeholders inside and outside your network.Work within a dynamic, international team to streamline processes and maximise efficiency; own the full development cycle from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and onboarding.Collaborate with internal teams (technical design, construction, and legal) to lead negotiations and sharpen knowledge in e-mobility and charging infrastructure.Assess opportunities via economic analyses and business cases; report initiatives to internal stakeholders and coordinate documentation with relevant teams.originate and manage multi-site customer relationships from identifying opportunities to site analysis, contract negotiation, and signature.Monitor public/private tender opportunities, study tender documents, verify legal, technical, and economic requirements, and liaise with corporate functions.Support the Public Affairs team to promote opportunities.Prepare tender documentation (technical and economic offers) with internal teams, complying with timelines from pre-tender to post-tender fulfillment.Participate in onboarding and masterclasses on e-mobility and fast-charging to shape the future of mobility by delivering essential charging infrastructure to key locations.This role is based in Italy and involves collaborating with a diverse European team to contribute to the energy transition.What We're Looking ForStrong networker and negotiator, able to communicate Fastned's vision to landowners, real estate companies, and government bodies while supporting expansion efforts.3+ years of experience in a relevant commercial role, preferably in an international setting.Strong contracting knowledge (commercial, planning, and legal aspects).Sales-driven and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.Proven negotiation skills, comfortable dealing with governmental bodies and private landowners.Affinity with legal, commercial, and financial concepts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.Willingness to travel regularly within Italy and occasionally throughout Europe.Natural curiosity, willingness to learn, and readiness to take on new challenges.Strong motivation to accelerate the energy transition.Nice to HaveExisting network of key private and public stakeholders in real estate, developers, energy, infrastructure, transport, or e-mobility sectors within Italy.Experience in expansion or real estate with a desire to deepen expertise.Experience in high-growth companies or renewable energy.Benefits and Extra InformationStock option plan and shared value creation.Training and development budget of €3,000 per year per employee.EV car provided with charging expenses covered.Fun events year-round, Christmas parties, and company trip abroad.Flexible working hours, full travel compensation, and provided working gear.Application ProcessInterested?Apply with your CV and a note on why you're excited to join Fastned.The recruitment steps include:Video interview with a recruiter to learn about Fastned and culture.First interview with the Head of Emerging Markets and Senior Expansion Manager.On-site case interview with Head of Emerging Markets, Country Head, and Senior Expansion Manager, plus a coffee/tea with future colleagues.Fastned stands for equity and inclusion.We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities.J-*****-LjbffrExpansion Manager • Rome, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
