I tuoi compiti Ricerchiamo un / una Spa Manager esperto / a e appassionato / a per guidare le operazioni Wellness di un prestigioso Hotel 5 stelle lusso a Venezia . Il / la candidato / a ideale possiede una profonda conoscenza degli standard dell'ospitalità di lusso, eccellenti capacità di leadership e una sincera passione per il benessere olistico e l'attenzione al cliente. Principali Responsabilità Supervisionare le attività quotidiane della Spa, garantendo i più alti standard di servizio, igiene e soddisfazione degli ospiti. Eseguire e supervisionare i trattamenti in conformità con i protocolli e gli standard operativi stabiliti. Assicurare che tutte le cabine, i prodotti e le attrezzature siano sempre in perfette condizioni e rispettino le linee guida di pulizia e presentazione. Promuovere la vendita dei prodotti e dei trattamenti post-servizio, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti dal Rooms Division Manager. Gestire e ottimizzare la pianificazione degli appuntamenti per massimizzare la produttività e l'esperienza dell'ospite. Guidare, motivare e supportare il team Spa attraverso formazione, coaching e monitoraggio delle performance. Sviluppare e implementare promozioni e collaborazioni in sinergia con il Dipartimento Marketing. Gestire i livelli di stock e monitorare l'inventario di prodotti, biancheria e materiali di consumo, garantendo approvvigionamenti tempestivi. Il tuo profilo Competenze ed Esperienza Richieste Esperienza minima di 5 anni nel settore dell'ospitalità di lusso, preferibilmente in qualità di Spa Manager o Assistant Spa Manager. Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano, sia parlato che scritto. Spiccate capacità di leadership, comunicazione e relazione interpersonale. Cura impeccabile dell'aspetto personale e atteggiamento professionale. Approfondita conoscenza del servizio al cliente, del benessere olistico e degli standard tipici delle strutture a cinque stelle.
