Specialist Document Control (m/f/d)ExyteDescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QCx Document Controller (m/f/d) to join our Quality & Commissioning team.This position offers an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the data center industry.In this role, you will provide support to the Document Control Team, the Project Manager, and the wider project team at our project site.You will maintain the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.ResponsibilitiesDaily use of the company's Document Management System (SharePoint) and Project Electronic Document Management System (Autodesk Construction Cloud – ACC), becoming an expert and a go-to point for assistance.Determine the document turnover process in line with customer and Exyte requirements for CSA and MEP systems in conjunction with the construction and commissioning teams.Conduct an initial quality check of documentation to ensure completeness and compliance before forwarding for technical review.Monitor and collate information on engineering deliverables such as technical submittals, red-line drawings, RFIs.Perform administrative document processing, tracking of documents and drawings, and filing of internal documents and documents from suppliers and subcontractors.Support project meetings by preparing presentations, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.Collaborate with subcontractors and cross-functional teams as directed by the team lead or project manager.Prepare evaluations on the status of documentation progress.QualificationsDegree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, construction management, or related field).Initial experience in document control or a construction or engineering environment is a plus.Previous administration experience within Data Centers is a plus but not required.Eagerness to learn and grow within the quality & commissioning field.Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Very good Italian and good English skills, both written and spoken.Contact InformationWould you like to become part of the Exyte team?We are looking forward to receiving your application.For further questions and information, please do not hesitate to contact:Lisa RakowskyEmail:Please note that we only consider applications submitted through our application portal.Applications sent via email will not be considered due to data protection regulations.Employment DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: AdministrativeIndustries: Civil Engineering#J-*****-Ljbffr
