Il team Delivering Deal Value (DDV) di PwC Advisory affianca investitori finanziari e industriali nell'intero ciclo di vita delle operazioni straordinarie: dalla fase di valutazione pre-deal all'integrazione post-acquisizione.All'interno del team, la practice Financial Discipline è focalizzata sull'analisi, la gestione e l'ottimizzazione degli aspetti finanziari che accompagnano le transazioni, con l'obiettivo di accelerare la creazione di valore e garantire una governance efficace delle iniziative di trasformazione.Responsabilità e CompitiDue Diligence, con analisi di performance economico-finanziarie, capitale circolante, cash flow e struttura dei costi.Valutazione delle opportunità di miglioramento della financial discipline e di allineamento tra modello operativo e obiettivi di investimento.Identificazione e quantificazione delle sinergie finanziarie.Progettazione ed esecuzione di piani di Financial Discipline all'interno dei progetti di Post Merger Integration, assicurando un monitoraggio rigoroso di KPI, costi e flussi di cassa.Definizione di processi e strumenti di controllo di gestione, reporting e governance finanziaria.Supporto all'implementazione di iniziative di Value Creation attraverso il miglioramento della performance operativa e finanziaria.Attività di Day-1 Readiness e stabilizzazione post-closing in contesti di acquisizione o carve-out.Gestione operativa delle relazioni con il cliente e interazione costante con CFO e team Finance delle aziende target/ acquisite.Coordinamento / Formazione di risorse junior, garantendo qualità e puntualità nelle delivery.Contributo allo sviluppo commerciale e al posizionamento della practice Financial Discipline sul mercato.Requisiti2/6 anni di esperienza in consulenza finanziaria o revisione (2/4 per SA e 4/6 per Manager)Conoscenza approfondita di analisi finanziaria, performance management, KPI e processi di reporting.Esperienza in contesti di M&A, ristrutturazioni aziendali o trasformazioni finanziarie.Spiccate capacità analitiche, orientamento al dettaglio e visione strategica.Ottima conoscenza di Excel e strumenti di analisi/reportistica; la conoscenza di sistemi ERP è un plus.Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato.• Opportunità di lavorare su operazioni complesse e di alto profilo a fianco di clienti leader di mercato.• Un contesto internazionale, collaborativo e multidisciplinare.• Percorsi di crescita strutturati con programmi di formazione dedicati.• Una cultura inclusiva e meritocratica, orientata all'innovazione e alla valorizzazione delle persone.Sesto San Giovanni, Lombardy, Italy 2 days ago#J-*****-Ljbffr
