Operations Specialist team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our Azure cloud environment and associated Microsoft services, including Microsoft 365, and other security tools.You will play a key role in protecting our global organization's digital assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities Implement and manage security measures for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.Perform security revalidation for cloud resources.Collaborate with diverse teams to define and enforce robust cloud security policies.Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve security operations efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate security standards.Provide expertise in securing cloud network by defining robust security policies, monitoring access, and ensuring compliance.Provide expertise in identity and access management (IAM) within Azure AD and related services.Stay updated on emerging cloud security threats and best practices.Maintain system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations.Identify potential issues and proactively propose solutions and improvements.Secure systems by establishing and enforcing policies.Fulfill ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Company.Contribute to the definition and implementation of project best practices and quality processes.Participate in the on-call rotation.Hierarchical Reporting Reporting to the Head of Security Operations teamQualifications and Experience More than 2 years of experience in Security Operations areas.Knowledge and experience in Azure and Microsoft security tools.Proven hands-on experience and expertise with Azure firewalls, NSGs, and/or Load Balancers, F5, WAFs, Azure Front doors.Azure AD Privileged Identity Management.Security configuration in Azure Cloud.Conditional access policies management.Network security groups management.Defender for Endpoints/Identity Management.Phishing simulation campaign.Technical knowledge of Zero Trust Model.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.The Successful Candidate Positive and can-do attitude.Team player and collective result-oriented.Driven by expectations and customer satisfaction.Desire for self-improvement to continuously learn and grow (acquire certifications).What We Offer
