Cloud Enterprise Engineer, US National Security, National Security - ES US-ADCJob ID: ******* | Amazon Web Services, Inc.Application deadline: December 29, ****At AWS Enterprise Support we're looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our National Security customers.This is not a sales role, but an opportunity to be the strategic technical advisor and 'voice of the customer' across all AWS services.As a TAM, you will help craft and execute adoption strategies, provide advocacy, and ensure operational health of customers' AWS environments.The role requires 10% travel.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute technical solution strategies for National Security customers.Advise on best practices for AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, GuardDuty, Systems Manager, and more.Represent AWS within customer environments and collaborate with senior leadership on incidents, risk, and support.Proactively maintain operational health of customer environments.Basic qualifications:2+ years of technical engineering experience with troubleshooting in a distributed systems environment (Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, AI/ML, DevOps, Big Data, Security, Applications Development).Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, or 2 years of equivalent work experience.Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.Preferred qualifications:5+ years of technical engineering experience in troubleshooting for three or more of the domains listed above.Experience in Informational Technology operations.Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s).Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings, Federal/DoD Clearances.Benefits include competitive salary, sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.Equal Opportunity Employer– Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation, please visit for more information.#J-*****-Ljbffr
