ERP Business Analyst, Italy We are a community of visionary innovators, dedicated to providing pioneering software and consultancy services to financial institutions, trading firms, central banks, governments, and corporations around the world.We strive to simplify the way people work.We do that by providing workflow and process automation software, as well as providing real-time data and business intelligence to help people make better decisions.We are 13,000+ employees, we operate globally with 80+ global offices, and we serve over 4,800+ customers worldwide.For the strengthening of Cedacri's Finance team, we are looking for motivated professionals to grow their career as ERP (PPM Opentext) Business Analyst.The selected candidate will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment, working closely with experienced team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the full lifecycle of processes managed through the PPM ERP.Your roleYour key duties and responsibilitiesRequirements Development: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements that accurately reflect organizational needs and guide software design.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted interface with internal stakeholders, external clients, software engineers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.Documentation & Specifications: Create, review, and finalize critical project artifacts including requirements specifications, change requests, software specifications, user interface designs, traceability matrices, and product documentation.Operational Reporting: Prepare and update operational reports from ERP systems, ensuring accurate financial and operational insights for Finance and Controlling teams.Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring that client expectations are met and technical teams have precise guidance.Analytical Excellence: Apply strong analytical and data-gathering skills to identify gaps, validate requirements, and support informed decision-making.Other dutiesWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field.2–5 years of experience in controlling, business operations, ERP support, or financial processes.Familiarity with ERP logic, financial processes, or workflow tools (experience with PPM systems is a plus).Strong analytical mindset with expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.Proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and quality assurance.Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.What we offer:Location:According to the Italian Law ( L.***** ) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.#J-*****-Ljbffr
