LocationTurin, ItalyEmployment TypeFull timeDepartmentDigital SystemsHere at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.In this highly cross-functional role embedded within Digital Products Team, we want you as a Process Intelligence & Digitalisation Engineer to help us continuously re-define and improve our global processes.Key ResponsibilitiesIn your capacity as Process Intelligence & Digitalisation Engineer, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:Process Definition Support – Collaborate across all engineering and business domains to help define, map, document, and visualize key processesProcess integration & digitalization - Provide initial process implementation supportProcess Audit & review - Work closely with Process Owners & Quality Assurance to conduct regular process audits; Ensure all processes (new and existing) are documented with up-to-date procedures, flowcharts, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures);Continuous Process Improvement & Optimization - Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to optimise workflows using Lean Six Sigma and other CI methodologiesDigital Tool Integration - Act as the primary liaison between Process Owners and Digitalisation experts to support tooling expansion and automation.Change Management - Develop and execute process change management plans, including training and documentation, to ensure successful adoption of new processes.What we would love to see from youIn the role of Process Intelligence & Digitalisation Engineer, you will have the following:Strong knowledge of Business Process Management principles and hands-on experience with process modelling techniques;Proficiency with BPM tools (for example, Visio, Lucidchart, yWorks, etc) to create process maps and workflow diagrams;Passion for user support and strong communication skills;Lean Six Sigma, (Green/Black Belt, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent practical experience) is a plus;Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process mining, and other digitalisation technologies is a plus;Engineering education or experience in highly technical engineering domain is a plus;Fluent in English.German, Italian and French is an asset;Proficiency with general purpose programming language (e.g. python) is a plus;Why you should join usWhat makes us special here at The Exploration Company and why we think you will enjoy working here is:We're Agile - we make decisions fast whilst keeping our goals and systems in mindWe're Open and Collaborative - we are transparent about risks and obstacles, so that we can cooperate to overcome themWe have a lot of Fun - we refuel our energy knowing we are democratising space.It's a wonderful and rare opportunity, are YOU up for the challenge?We'd love to hear from you if you wish to be a part of our journey.Please submit your CV now for immediate consideration and we will be in touch shortly.The Exploration Company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.We do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status.Relocation assistance is provided for those willing to relocate including visa sponsorship where applicable.#J-*****-Ljbffr
