Job ID: ******* | Amazon.com Services LLCAt eero we pride ourselves on dedication to customers and our enterprise partners are no exception.Partner Success Management is responsible for ensuring partners onboard efficiently, escalade concerns easily, and ultimately deploy eero successfully to their customers.Along the way, we review partner requests, ensure eero teams are aligned on requirements, and drive cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments.Once new partners have completed their initial deployment, we continue partnering with them by offering insights to ensure they're making the most of their eero experience.Partner Success Management is part of the Operations team at eero.This role will also work closely with the Sales, Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations teams.This role requires regular travel to partner on-sites.Key job responsibilitiesSet the standard for how we work with partners, interpret their needs, and prioritize eero workflows dedicated to partner development.Specifically, we're looking for the following skillsets:Partner Development:Acquire deep knowledge of customers' vision, products, and objectives.Anticipate partner needs and resolve pain points.Identify and execute on revenue-maximizing opportunities for both the partner and eero.Program Management:Own all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic accounts.Define and coordinate partners' program requirements, including project management of non-standard partner needs.Coordinate product training and onboarding of new partners.Accelerate partner deployments by identifying and facilitating expansion opportunities.Workflow Prioritization:Steer eero to focus its partner-related efforts on work that will have the biggest positive impact for partners.Balance customer needs and competing business priorities, look for opportunities for efficiency, automate repetitive work, and design scalable workflows.Strategic Guidance:Be a strategic advisor to eero's partners.Earn partners' trust and influence their customer-facing technology strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance) to develop partner strategy and collaboration plans.Quantitative Analysis:Create and utilize reporting and analytics, data modeling, and business case analysis to identify opportunities for partners and ensure their objectives are achieved.Technical Curiosity:Is passionate and curious about technology.Is effective at explaining how technology works and overseeing technical problem solving.Basic Qualifications5+ years of professional or military experienceExperience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete dealsExperience interpreting data and making business recommendationsExperience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writingPreferred QualificationsExperience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business unitsExperience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmapsExperience in setting up and managing a sales pipelineAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.For more information, please visitAmazon Benefits.This position will remain posted until filled.Applicants should apply via our internal or external career site.#J-*****-Ljbffr
