Make It Uniquely Yours.You provide software and applications expertise being responsible for the roadmap and implementation of the solutions.How You Will ContributeThe Global Solution Owner, Product Information Management (PIM) & Syndication is a member of the Data Shelf Transformation Team, focusing on creation and management of product data required by our Customers and Consumers, and instrumental to accelerate Mondelez's eCommerce priorities and growth.You will be responsible for selecting, designing and delivering multiple, parallel projects that result in significantly improved quality of data, and simplifying digital content syndication processes. The projects will transform processes, technology, and the organization to deliver consistently correct Product Digital Content across Enterprise, and externally.What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. S/he will be familiar with data syndication landscape for FMCG industry. S/he will be familiar with operating at the leading edge of technology innovation.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Mondelez resources related to Enterprise data solutions architecture and technology. S/he will have the responsibility to frame the value and have final say on the sequence of projects to be implemented. S/he will also work directly with the application solution vendors, manage contracts/licenses, and partner with the Application Support Management and Application Development Teams to manage applications' availability and evolution.What extra ingredients you will bring:Strong strategic skills with the ability to anticipate business opportunities, think broadly when confronting issues, and lead change initiativesNaturally curious, with a passion for learning and finding new solutions that enhance business performanceFamiliar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Experience in working across commercial functions with ability to interact effectively with and be credible with Senior leadershipExcellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills with high levels of emotional intelligencePersistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives; is comfortable with ambiguity; and confidently, manages risk and uncertainty; driven and results oriented and holds self and others accountableAgility to manage and influence in a virtual, remote, worldwide organizationKey Responsibilities:Build subject matter expertise in digital content management and syndication technologies and best practices, and educates othersResponsible for the implementation & management of digital content strategy and technology capabilities focused on product data (PIM), and the internal and external services associated to itEnsures the solutions are fit for purpose for digital content syndication and are adopted to its fullest potential across marketsDefines strategy and roles & responsibilities behind BPO Content Governance Team, in partnership with Operations teams and vendors.Govern product digital content and process quality across creation and syndication (or leads transition of this responsibility to relevant Operations teams)Partner with the Global Solution Owner for Product Aggregation and Syndication to optimize use of technology assets, and simplify e2e data flowSimplify solution landscape and improve speed of data delivery to consumers, and meet evolving digital shelf requirementsEnable Sales and Marketing by providing the insights, communication capabilities, and single source of trusted and governed product & content data (in partnership with Data Management Operations and Governance teams)As part of the Portfolio, ensure robust & sustainable Data solutions which drive value (i.e. Application rationalization, process harmonization and innovation) in conjunction with business needs.Control costs by ensuring transparency of costs and total cost of ownership as new projects are implemented.Self-educate by gathering information and learnings from peer companies, conferences and events to develop strategic solution roadmap for the Data Management area, taking emerging needs into account so a long-range plan and funding proposition can be worked out to be ready for future Data trends and challengesPromote new and better ways of delivering solutions, specifically builds DevOps capability in his/her teamMore about the position:Education / Certifications:Degree in Data Management, IT, Computer Science or equivalentDAMA certifications or equivalent data certifications will be highly preferredJob specific requirements:Knowledge of content syndication business process & how data are leveraged to create business outcomesProven experience partnering with sales/marketing in delivering product data (digital assets, logistical information) to Customers across most demanding North America and European marketsProven experience developing and executing successful data technology and data architecture strategies that deliver sustainable earnings and a competitive advantageSound DAM, PIM and GDSN knowledge, preferably with Adobe and Informatica experienceProven experience managing third party vendors delivering solution support and BPO servicesExperienced at identifying and evaluating innovative data technology companies and leading negotiations to conclude partnerships and/or alliances10+ years of professional experience, preferably in Data Management / Data transformation, ideally in the consumer goods industry5+ years of experience in digital content and eCommerceNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryAt Mondelez International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
