Randstad Office Talent Selection è la specialty che si occupa di Ricerca & Selezione di professionisti qualificati in ambito amministrativo e impiegatizio.Per la sede di Brescia, di una realtà attiva nella produzione di acciai speciali, ricerchiamo unMarketing Analyst - sostituzione maternitàSi offre: contratto di sostituzione maternità.Inserimento diretto.28k-30kSede di lavoro: Brescia.Orario di lavoro: full time (dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8.00 alle *****).Il Marketing Analyst sarà di supporto nelle attività di marketing strategico e operativo attraverso lanalisi dei dati di mercato, dei clienti e delle performance commerciali.Responsabilità principali:Analizzare i dati di mercato, i trend di settore, i benchmark competitivi e le dinamiche dei principali mercati di riferimento;Monitorare le performance commerciali (vendite, marginalità, mix prodotto, clienti, settori) e predisporre report periodici;Supportare il Marketing e la Direzione Commerciale nella definizione di strategie di posizionamento, pricing e sviluppo mercato:Analizzare il comportamento dei clienti e segmentare il portafoglio (clienti, settori, aree geografiche);Sviluppare dashboard e strumenti di reporting (KPI marketing e commerciali);Supportare attività di forecasting, analisi delle opportunità di mercato e valutazione di nuovi prodotti o applicazioni:Garantire laccuratezza e la coerenza dei dati utilizzati nelle analisi.Requisiti:Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica o discipline affini;Esperienza di 2–5 anni in ruoli di Marketing Analyst, Business Analyst o simili, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o B2B;Ottima capacità di analisi e interpretazione dei dati;Conoscenza avanzata di Excel;gradita esperienza con strumenti di BI (Power BI, Tableau o simili);Buona conoscenza dei concetti di marketing strategico e analisi di mercatoBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Precisione, autonomia, orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in team.--La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) sul sito /
