Stiamo cercando per la stagione estiva **** un Front Office Agent da inserire nella nostra struttura Mangia's Brucoli Sicily Autograph Collection.La risorsa ideale accoglie, registra e assiste i clienti, garantendo un servizio efficiente e cortese durante tutto il soggiorno.Contribuisce alla soddisfazione degli ospiti e al corretto funzionamento del reparto ricevimento.Il Front Office Agent è il primo punto di contatto tra l'hotel e gli ospiti.ResponsabilitàAccogliere gli ospiti al check-in e assisterli durante il soggiorno.Gestire le procedure di check-out, fatturazione e pagamenti.Rispondere a richieste, informazioni e prenotazioni telefoniche o via email.Fornire informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel, attività locali e attrazioni turistiche.Gestire prenotazioni, modifiche e cancellazioni tramite il sistema gestionale (PMS).Coordinarsi con altri reparti (housekeeping, F&B, manutenzione) per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.Raccogliere feedback e gestire eventuali reclami con professionalità.Esperienza pregressa in front office o reception, preferibilmente in hotel 4-5 stelle.Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali alberghieri (PMS) e strumenti informatici di base.Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.Buona conoscenza dell'inglese; altre lingue costituiscono un plus.Precisione, affidabilità e problem solving.Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, festivi e weekend.Cosa si offreTipologia di contratto: stagionalePossibilità di alloggioVitto garantito (1€ al giorno)Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno dell'aziendaAmbiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativoFormazione continua e possibilità di partecipare a corsi di aggiornamento#J-*****-Ljbffr
