About Us Prometeon Tyre Group, established in **** as a spin-off from Pirelli, is the only tyre manufacturer fully dedicated to the Industrial sector: transport of goods and people, Agriculture, and Off-The-Road (OTR).With over 8,000 employees from 30 nationalities, 4 manufacturing sites, 4 R&D centers, and a commercial presence in 160 countries across 5 continents, we are the trusted partner for high-quality industrial tyres, with a strong focus on performance and sustainability.Role DescriptionAs part of the Commercial Excellence function, you will join the Services Team, supporting the global development and adoption of Prometeon's digital services portfolio. This internship offers hands-on experience in a multinational environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Digital Product Owner in daily operations and project activities.Prepare reports and presentations on service adoption and performance for senior management.Conduct benchmarking analysis on competitor strategies and offerings.Collaborate with the software development team and other internal functions.Act as a liaison with regional Business Development Managers to address requests and issues related to digital services.What We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing or recently graduated in Management, Economics, or related fields.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (Oracle BI, Power BI) is a plus.Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in business analysis or development support will be considered a plus.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation Pack: €1,000 + Ticket restaurant.Smart Working: up to 10 days per month, scheduled in agreement with your manager.A dynamic, international environment with exposure to global projects.Opportunity to develop skills in digital services and business development.WE MOVE GOODS, WE MOVE PEOPLE, WE MOVE EMOTIONSJoin US
