A leading luxury brand , specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for a Logistics Expert to join our team.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage shipmentsPrepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybillsEnter customer orders into the management systemCoordinate shipments to/from suppliersPerform data entry and maintain export/import recordsConduct inventory checks of warehouse materialsMonitor and unblock export/import shipmentsTrack shipment progressLiaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and deliveryHandle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulationsSupport the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.) .RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration)Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shippingExperience and knowledge of handling dangerous good s IATA and ADR certification s are mandatory Dynamic personality with high stress resilienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Excellent English skillsFamiliarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plusAccuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills .We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceMeal vouchersFull-time permanent contractProfessional and international working environment
