Il nostro cliente è una storica fonderia di alluminio della provincia di Vicenza, facente parte di un importante gruppo bresciano operante nel settore automotive.Per implementazione dell'area qualità ricerchiamo la seguente figura: QUALITY MANAGER – SETTORE AUTOMOTIVE Rispondendo alla Direzione, la figura ricercata si occuperà di coordinare l'ufficio qualità composto da un team di 6 persone.L'attività produttiva, rivolta principalmente al settore automotive, si articola su 3 turni nei quali saranno sempre presenti 3 persone del team qualità.Nello specifico si occuperà di: ·Implementare le azioni necessarie a garantire la conformità dei processi e dei prodotti al sistema di gestione qualità ·Gestire i progetti di miglioramento continuo ·Controllare gli indicatori di performance qualitativi interni con la relativa reportistica ·Monitorare i processi produttivi interni e presso i fornitori effettuando i dovuti audit ·Gestire i rapporti con i clienti al fine di rispettare gli standard qualitativi richiesti ·Coordinare il team dell'ufficio qualità Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidat? che abbiamo maturato una pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo in contesti caratterizzati da elevate complessità produttive preferibilmente del settore automotive o affine.Ricerchiamo una figura Laureata in Ingegneria Gestionale o similare con conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie Lean e Six Sigma e conoscenza degli standard IATF.Necessaria l'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese ed un approccio fortemente strutturato all'analisi ed alla soluzione di problemi.Completano il profilo doti relazionali e comunicative e spiccata capacità di leadership.Si offre Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.Sede di lavoro: Provincia sud di Vicenza Orario di lavoro: full time L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs ******** e dei Dlgs ******** e ******** e della PdR ********.Le persone interessate sono invitate a leggere l'informativa privacy ex artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.UE ********.Aut.Min.Prot.N. **** – SG del 16/12/2004
