Company Description We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the hospitality sector with a focus on the UK, DACH, and the USA markets.PositionThe role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesIncrease production from already consolidated clients;Identify new business opportunities inleisure (individual and groups segment);Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies and operators;Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms;Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly;Analyse regular reports on sales performance and market insights;Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory;Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and brand positioning;Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry fairs to promote the property;Represent the hotel in B2B meetings and presentations.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality industry;Strong negotiation and communication skills;Positive attitude and good communication skills;Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;Results-driven, proactive, excellent relationship builder.What We OfferA stable contract and competitive salary based on experience, with the possibility of performance-related bonuses;Integration into a dynamic and growing hotel group;A collaborative work environment focused on professional development;Opportunities to participate in special projects, international trade fairs, and industry events;Discounts on stays and F&B services at our partner hotels.Additional InformationThis job posting is open to candidates of all genders (Legislative Decree No. ********) and in compliance with the provisions of Art. 10 of Legislative Decree No. ********.Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy at , pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation ******** on the protection of personal data.Authorization Min.Prot.R.******* of 31/12/2021.Note: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.#J-*****-Ljbffr
