You will oversee the design, coordination, and execution of complex electrical systems within large-scale critical facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Leading and managing theelectrical scopeof data center projects from design to commissioning.Overseeing the integration ofhigh-voltage (HV), medium-voltage (MV), and low-voltage (LV)electrical systems.Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, architectural) to ensure seamless project execution.Supervising subcontractors and suppliers for electrical works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.Reviewing and validating electrical designs, specifications, and installation drawings.Monitoring project progress (scope, schedule, budget) with a focus on electrical deliverables.Managing procurement activities for electrical equipment and systems.Ensuring full compliance with Italian and European electrical regulations and safety standards.Leading technical reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities for electrical systems.Acting as the primary contact for clients on electrical engineering issues.Preparing and presenting project status reports, KPIs, and risk assessments.Candidate ProfileHard SkillsDegree in Electrical Engineering or related field.8+ years of proven experiencein project management of electrical systems for large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong technical expertise in HV/MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, and power distribution.Experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, or industrial facilities).Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office).Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian is a strong advantage.Soft SkillsStrong leadership and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate risks.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.Team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Nice to HaveExperience withrenewable energy integrationand sustainable electrical design.Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).Previous international or multicultural project exposure.Benefits & Work EnvironmentBe part of a fast-growing company with a strong reputation in the European data center marketWork in a flat, dynamic, and young organization that values autonomy and contributionEnjoy flexible hours and hybrid work options (home/office)Opportunity to travel across Southern Europe for project coordination and site visitsMeal allowanceCareer development in a high-level technical and professional environmentContract type, seniority level, and compensation aligned with your experienceAt APL, we firmly believe that the strength of our team lies in its diversity.
