Manpower Professional ricerca, per conto di un cliente, realtàattiva nello sviluppo e nella fornitura di soluzioni tecnologiche per il monitoraggio e il controllo di impianti alimentati da fonti rinnovabili, un *Service Engineer.*La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team tecnico e si occuperà delle attività di commissioning, test, supporto tecnico e gestione del cliente, collaborando a stretto contatto con il Project Manager e con i diversi reparti aziendali.Responsabilità principaliPianificazione ed esecuzione delle attività dicommissioningdei sistemi di monitoraggio e controllo presso gli impianti, con gestione e chiusura delle eventuali anomalie (punch list), in coordinamento con il Project Manager di commessa;Organizzazione ed esecuzione delle attività ditest e collaudo, inclusi FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) e SAT (Site Acceptance Test);Gestione diretta delle richieste dei clienti assegnati, garantendo risposte puntuali e coordinate con le funzioni interne coinvolte;Analisi delle segnalazioni tecniche e individuazione delle soluzioni più efficaci, in collaborazione con il team di Post Sales Specialistico (II livello) e con il reparto di sviluppo software;Collaborazione interfunzionale con i team di progettazione e sviluppo software per l'identificazione e la risoluzione di eventuali criticità o malfunzionamenti dei sistemi.Qualifiche richiesteDiploma, laurea o master in discipline tecniche (elettrotecnica, automazione, energetica, telecomunicazioni o affini);Ottime competenze informatiche e di networking (PC, reti, configurazioni e utilizzo di software);Esperienza su sistemi di monitoraggio e controllo in ambito energie rinnovabili;Familiarità con strumenti di accesso remoto (es. AnyDesk, TeamViewer o similari);Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata, per interazioni con clienti internazionali;Spiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali, con approccio orientato al cliente;Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in modo efficace anche sotto pressione;Precisione, organizzazione e rispetto delle scadenze;Autonomia nella gestione del tempo e delle priorità;Patente di guida B;Disponibilità a brevi trasferte (2–3 giorni).Sede di lavoro:RomaRAL e inquadramento saranno commisurati all'esperienza del* candidato*.Benefitticket restaurant, welfare e sistema incentivante.#J-*****-Ljbffr
