We are hiring an Electrical Project Leader for our Assago (Milano) office.The resource will be part of the internal engineering team and will supervise and coordinate the design of HV/MV/LV systems, with an EPC approach, for Power sectors (generation, transmission and distribution), renewable energies and industrial environment in general, both for Italy markets and abroad.ResponsibilitiesAct as the Tech Lead for assigned projects.Owner of the assigned Projects document list, responsible of the correct issuing of the documents, as per time schedule.Check and validate documentation issued by external or internal collaborators, of each discipline.Identify and propose cost-optimized solutions proactively.Support Proposal Engineers during the bidding stage.Depending upon the type and complexity of each Project, the responsibilities of the resource may include also the development of engineering documentation, encompassing but not limited to:Design calculationsElectrical schematicsPurchasing Specifications - Technical Instructions to BiddersLayout and installation drawingsCable waysEarthing systemThe Projects are typically in the area of electric high voltage substations, energy storage systems, renewable plants and are developed in Italy.The Project Leader responds hierarchically to the Engineering Director.For each assigned project, PL responds also functionally to the Project Manager.RequirementsElectrical Engineering degree or technical school graduation with a focus on electrical engineering.Italian mothertongue.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained in Contractor Companies or System Integrators.Knowledge of electrical calculation tools for networks and cable sizing.Proficient with the MS Office package.Availability for short site missions, particularly during the commissioning stage of designed systems.Self-starting spirit, flexibility, adaptability, and a result-oriented approach.PreferredProficiency in both written and spoken English.This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. ******** and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of **** on equal treatment.We are committed to promoting an inclusive work environment and respecting gender diversity.Interested parties are invited to consult the privacy notice in accordance with EU Regulation ******** (GDPR), available at the following address: Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionElectric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution#J-*****-Ljbffr
